Hello everyone!
I want to say happy new year, but to be honest the past week and a half has made 2026 feel like a very worrisome year for many of us. As bad an hopeless as things may feel, I try to maintain hope that things will get better as the year progresses. Even though things feel bleak and like they’re getting worse, I’ve also seen people really band together in these dark times. It gives me hope to keep trying my best to work towards my hopes and dreams, but also that I would like to help people in some way. I’m not sure what that way is just yet, but I hope I can discover that this year.
All that being said, I do hope to make significant progress on my 4th book and the manga series I’m working on. I’m also looking into hopefully starting up art commissions this year as well. I’m hoping to focus on character illustrations, cover art, and character sheets as potential offerings. It’s still a work in progress but it would be a great way to find advertising for my books I think. Something I’ve come to realize, however, is that there’s only so much time in the day to do everything I want to do.
Regarding the blog I still want to focus on reviews and analysis, but I may change the balance of it so that I can focus on writing all these stories. I’m still working out what that looks like and will provide further updates.
