Hope you are all safe and healthy in these troubling times.
I’m happy to present the cover art for my 2nd book, The Legend of Nariko: The Goddess Prophecy:
The faint watermark will not be on the paperback prints.
It took me about six weeks to complete. While I’m happy with the end result, I wish I was able to stick with the timeline I had set for myself. I wanted to complete it in four weeks but found motivation incredibly difficult to maintain.
Having been stuck at home since mid March, I could feel my discipline and work ethic slowly erode as time went on. It made it harder to sit down and focus on my daily tasks. Whether it was for work or for my book and artwork, it was difficult to feel motivated. The biggest issue, I believe, was the fact that time felt like it all meshed. I was constantly struggling to recall what day of the week it was or what the date was. I started writing consistently again this week and I’m hoping I can keep up the momentum.
I’m sorry for the delay in returning to regular blog posts and reviews. I’m hoping that consistently posting every week again helps me to stay motivated and rebuild my discipline to stay productive.
